Nikki Rajan is the founder and creator of The New Comer Narratives and is one of our Guiding Stars who has helped our Rising Stars with Creative Writing Workshops. Seeing the challenges her peers faced in public schools, she sought ways to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment and that made her start her own podcast. This podcast is used to accommodate newer students to her school. Nikki looks forward to finding new ways to ease the transition process and further her impact.
